After defeating the Midnight Falls encounter, Xal'atath looks to enact her final plans and defeat Arator and Vareesa, but Sylvanas returns from the Shadowlands to defend her homeland one last time as Ranger General.

That does it for Season 1! We'll have to wait for future Midnight patches to see how the story continues.
