Each week since launch a new PvP quest has been offered as part of a continual chain, meant to introduce players to Battlegrounds, promising a big reward by the end. While at this point in the season, there are many different sources of Hero-track gear, it's still a convenient way to fill in missing slots without any RNG, and offers the only non-raid necklace with Mastery.

Week 1: Early Morning Training: Week 1 of 4 awards Novice Combatant's Medallion.

Week 2: Late Night Training: Week 2 of 4 awards Novice Combatant's Emblem or Novice Combatant's Insignia of Alacrity.

Week 3: Midnight Training: Week 3 of 4 awards Novice Combatant's Cloak.

Week 4: Final Training: Week 4 of 4 awards Novice Combatant's Necklace or Novice Combatant's Ring at Hero track item level.

Fortunately, you aren't limited to completing one quest per week. As of this week, each quest will be offered as soon as the previous is completed, which can be done in Brawls or the new Training Grounds, allowing players to catch up very quickly.
