Sylvanas Legendary Bow Rae’shalare Now Can Drop at Heroic Item Level
We've received a report that the Sylvanas Legendary Bow Rae'shalare, Death's Whisper dropped at the Heroic Item Level from Heroic Sylvanas. Previously, this bow dropped at Normal Item level from Heroic Sylvanas so it seems that something changed.
