Midnight Beta Patch 12.0.1 Class and Spell Tuning Changes – Paladin, Evoker, and Shaman Tuning

We've datamined new hotfixes on the Midnight Beta, including a few changes not highlighted in the Development Notes, as well as significant tuning for Paladin, Evokers, and Shaman.

As a reminder, these and other Patch 12.0.1 changes will not be reflected on the live Pre-Patch servers until a later date.
