Players Will Return to Blood Elf Lands in Midnight – Four New Zones with Player Choice of Order

Midnight brings us back to the ancient lands of Quel'Danas, located in the north of the Eastern Kingdoms. Once devastated by Arthas and the Scourge, these lands have finally been healed from the undead scar. Quel'Danas will host two main zones: Eversong Woods and Zul'Aman, both expanded from their original designs. Quel'Danas is also the host of our base of operations for Midnight: Silvermoon City.

Midnight Overview Midnight Preorders

Besides the zones in Quel'Danas, we will also have two other zones: Harandar, the homeland of the Haranir, and Voidstorm, a distant, chaotic world drenched in Void energy.

Zone Progression in Midnight
We will start our adventures with the Defense of the Sunwell against Xal'atath's forces and the story of Eversong Woods. Afterwards, players can choose to do Zul'Aman or Harandar in any order. Once both zones are completed, we will step into Voidstorm.

Silvermoon City
A rebuilt Silvermoon City will be our base of operations for Midnight. While the city will host both Horde and Alliance players, the city is still part of the Horde, having sections only accessible to Horde players. Silvermoon City includes new areas like the Sanctum of Light and Memorial Garden, and areas that remain accessible by Horde players only. Once ravaged by the Scourge, Silvermoon has been rebuilt from the scars of its past.

Eversong Woods
Our first experience in Midnight will be in Eversong Woods. The expanded zone comprises the areas of the original Eversong Woods, Ghostlands, and Isle of Quel'Danas. All three zones are combined and have healed from the wounds inflicted by Arthas' Scourge, now teeming with life.

When questing in the zone, we will face challenges from the forces of the Void, including cultists, a magical overgrowth known as the Lightbloom, and the return of the Amani Trolls.

Eversong Woods Delves
In Eversong Woods, we can find three delves:

Parhelion Plaza

Collegiate Calamity

The Shadow Enclave

Eversong Woods Dungeons
In Eversong Woods, we can find three dungeons:

Windrunner Spire

Magister’s Terrace

Murder Row

Zul'Aman
Originally a The Burning Crusade raid, this zone was created as an expansion of this raid. Zul'Aman, the ancestral land of the Forest Tribes, boasts ancient forests and mountains teeming with wildlife. Trolls are still found in the zone, with many original troll ziggurats and crypts scattered around the zone.

The zone still features four Loa temples: Eagle, Lynx, Dragonhawk, and Bear. However, these temples are now weathered and silent.

In the zone, we will meet the new leaders of the Amani: Zul'jarra and Zul'jan, the grandchildren of Zul'jin. Zul'jin was the original end boss of Zul'Aman in TBC. Ever since his demise, the leadership of the Amani tribe and Zul'Aman has been unstable, with Daakara becoming their leader in Cataclysm. The last time we see Zul'jin in WoW is during Shadowlands, when he can be spotted in Revendreth as a "Wrathful Soul".

Zul'Aman Delves
There are no Delves in Zul'Aman.

Zul'Aman Dungeons
In Zul'Aman, we can find two dungeons:

Den of Nalorakk Dream trials ending in a punch-out with the Loa of War.

Maisara Caverns
Vilebranch necromancers amassing spirits into a troll monstrosity.

Harandar
Harandar is the homeland of the new Haranir Allied Race. It is a primordial, fungal jungle, built around the roots of the World Trees. All life and structures are centered around the roots of the Trees, with fungal towers, moss bridges being featured in the zone, and the lighting being provided by bioluminescent wildlife.

Harandar Delves
In Harandar, we can find one delve:

Den of Echoes
Explore living murals and ancient myths.

Harandar Dungeons
In Harandar, we can find one dungeon:

Blinding Vale
face facsimiles of Harandar’s most dangerous foes.

Voidstorm
Our final destination at the start of Midnight, Voidstorm is a distant, chaotic world filled with Void energy. It is a savage land, where all creatures fight one another, seeking to consume anything in their path.

The zone has unique features like low gravity and stormfields. The zone has three massive Nexus Points.

Voidstorm is home to one of the expansion starting raids: The Voidspire.

Voidstorm Delves
In Voidstorm, we can find three delves:

Shadowguard Point
face corrupted Ethereals.

Sunkiller Sanctum

explore Domanaar structures.

Torment’s Rise

take on the first season’s Delve nemesis.

Voidstorm Dungeons
In Voidstorm, we can find two dungeons:

Voidscar Arena
Survive waves of monsters for a Domanaar’s amusement.
