Upgrading Your Reshii Wraps
Upgrading your Reshii Wraps to Rank 5 will grant you the following benefits:
Your Reshii Wraps will be upgraded from ilvl714 to ilvl 720.
You can now see treasures in K'aresh while Phase Diving. These include the one-time Phase Diving treasures for Treasures of K'aresh, Phase-Lost Exchequer and Untethered Xy'bucha.

Obtaining Ethereal Strands
Ethereal Strands are used to upgrade your Reshii Wraps, with each upgrade level requiring 3 of them. You can obtain Ethereal Strands in the following ways:
Completing Warrant quests in K'aresh;
Chests at the end of Delves;
Raid bosses in the Manaforge Omega raid;
bosses in The War Within Season 3 dungeons and Mythic+ End of Dungeon Caches;
Obtained from winning PvP matches in The War Within Season 3.
