New Permanent and Soulgorged Augment Rune in Patch 11.2

With Patch 11.2, two new types of Augment Runes will be available for players: a permanent one from the open world renown and one that persists through death from raid renown.

Open World Renown - Ethereal Augment Rune
When progressing in K'aresh, players will encounter the K'aresh Trust faction. Reaching Renown 18 with this faction unlocks the ability to purchase an Ethereal Augment Rune.
