After a rocky start to Season 8 with Reliquary Unlocks, more problems are rising with Battle Pass Conversions and Premium Rewards. Blizzard has responded to forum posts mentioning missing Platinum and unclaimed battle passes that have not been converted yet, stating that multiple team members are investigating the issue. Platinum and Battle Pass issues are always a top problem, as they directly impact monetary purchases made by players.
