Blizzard has applied a hotfix to fix the extra reputation from the Gallagio Loyalty Reward renown track from last week. All players should now be set to the correct level, Renown 9.
This bug was very easily to accidently do because in order to accidently trigger it, you needed to... log in on an level 70 alt -- on a patch where there's a leveling buff.
