Based on the WoW 2025 Roadmap, we should expect 11.2 to drop around the early to mid part of Summer, so likely June or July. This patch will bring Season 3 of The War Within complete with a new zone, raid, and dungeon.

Encrypted 11.2 War Within Build Now on WoWDev Server – Internal Testing Starting
We may have just gotten Patch 11.1, but it seems Blizzard has updated one of their internal servers with the first Patch 11.2 build, 59403. Note that this build is encrypted, so we can't datamine its contents.
