Today's Patch 1.1.0 has brought about many changes, some good and some not so good. One change that Blizzard listed in their Patch notes was the change to Helltide events, which increased the level of Helltide enemies by 1 level, increased the cost of Tortured Gift of Mysteries chest to 250 Aberrant Cinders from 175, and allowed all interactable objects in Helltide zones to drop Aberrant Cinders.
