These Renown rewards are called Crafter's Knowledge I (Renown 14) and Crafter's Knowledge II (Renown 24), but as you can see from the tooltip example below taken from a double-gatherer character, the description is vague. The tooltip is not dynamic and does not reflect which profession(s) will receive the knowledge points:
