Diablo Immortal players are reporting that players who had purchased Eternal Orbs from third party sellers found themselves with massive negative orb balances, and in some cases had their accounts banned. Eternal Orbs are one of the most important in-game currencies in Diablo Immortal and are supposed to be purchasable only through Blizzard. A series of reddit threads include multiple players reporting this issue.
