Community Manager PezRadar of Blizzard announced today that there will be a server-side update to address the bug related to all-caps character names that was mentioned earlier in a discussion about the recent maintenance. Of note is the fact that, if you have characters created since the maintenance on Tuesday, you will need to take some steps to fix your keybinds, once the maintenance today is complete.
