Head of Blizzard Entertainment Mike Ybarra has released a statement on some of the initial actions the studio is taking to improve the culture at Blizzard Entertainment and regain the trust of both employees and fans. Working to improve communication with the community, the multi-step process laid out begins with establishing a new employee resource group, to include a culture leader, human resources organizational leader, and a DE&I (diversity, equity, and inclusion) leader.
