Shadow Priest Tier Set Rework for Build 41462

  Dark Thoughts has an additional 5% chance to trigger for each Shadow damage over time effect on the target.Casting Devouring Plague has a 40% chance to grant Dark Thought. Casting Searing Nightmare has a 25% chance to grant Dark Thought.
