It isn't confirmed if there is a global release, but there was one for Open Beta. As of the time of this post, it is unconfirmed when there will be a prior date for downloading the game in preparation for launch, but it will be announced soon. Diablo II:

In a Blizzard Developer Tweet, Rod Fergusson reveals that Diablo II: Resurrected will be launching at 8 AM PDT on September 23rd.
