Zul’gath’s Backplate – Cosmetic Cloak in Chains of Domination

We've datamined an interesting cosmetic cloak with a distinctive model on the Patch 9.1 PTR: Zul'gath's Backplate.

This cloak looks more like a bulky shield with spikes and a large skull...or a tombstone with manacles. However, as it's marked as cosmetic, all players should be able to transmog this for a deathly tank effect!
