Wrathful Heart Farm Strategy Nerfed in Patch 1.1.1 – Varshan Quest Encounter Fixed

Players have been trying to find the most effective way to farm Wrathful Malignant Hearts since the launch of Season of the Malignant - after all, these insanely powerful abilities can take the damage of a build up to eleven. However, one loophole to farm them is being closed in Patch 1.1.1, according to Blizzard's official patch notes.
