WoW Classic Patch 1.14.4 Encrypted Vendor Build

Blizzard has updated the Vendor CDN, changing a 10.0.0 build to a new WoW Classic Build, Patch 1.14.4. WoW Classic is currently on Patch 1.14.3 and there are no PTR's for Classic at the moment.
