In the latest update to the Wrath Classic PTR, Blizzard has updated the 10 and 25-player Algalon loot, increasing their item levels to the correct values. We've updated our Wowhead WotLK Classic Database with the latest item tooltips from the PTR, which include the updates to Algalon.
