Blizzard has shared a Blue Post, explaining the changes that are being tested on the PTR to Death Knight's Spell Summon Gargoyle. Essentially, Haste will no longer be "snapshot" by the Gargoyle and update dynamically, so when the Haste buffs fall off, the Gargoyle will lose haste as well.
