World First Mythic Crown of the Cosmos by Liquid

Liquid has overcome the Crown of the Cosmos in the first week of Mythic, clearing The Voidspire and claiming first place in its standalone Hall of Fame!

Including Chimaerus, this makes Team Liquid's fifth World First Hall of Fame in a row.

Requiring a mere 35 pulls to take down its final encounter, The Voidspire didn't end up being as difficult as some had predicted, though it isn't quite the end of the first raid tier of Midnight. Midnight Falls will be the final test, so it will be interesting to see whether it falls as easily.

With Midnight Season 1 featuring a unique Hall of Fame achievement and leaderboard for each of the three launch raids, the race is not yet over, as two more bosses await when the March on Quel'Danas releases on March 31st. Intended to be slightly more difficult to counterbalance the gear already acquired from The Voidspire and The Dreamrift, it presents a chance to completely upset the Race to World First!

Group Composition

2 Tanks: Guardian Druid, Protection Warrior

4 Healers: Preservation Evoker, Discipline Priest, 2 Mistweaver Monks

3 Melee: Retribution Paladin, 2 Unholy Death Knights

11 Ranged: Devourer Demon Hunter, Shadow Priest, Elemental Shaman, Affliction Warlock, Destruction Warlock, 2 Augmentation Evokers, 2 Marksmanship Hunters, 2 Frost Mages

Despite monumental efforts and achievement, the Void was not defeated this day, and the March on Quel'Danas awaits.
