Diablo 4's second season, the Season of Blood, is now officially one month away from ending - which means soon we'll be hearing more about the new Season's theme, balance changes, additions, and more. While we know that Blizzard's stance for Season 2 was "no plans for nerfs," Season 3 remains a question mark - will overperforming builds such as Ball Lightning Sorcerer and HotA Barbarian be nerfed, or will other builds be buffed to meet them?
