Currently called Felreaver Deathcycle on the tooltip, it's possible the final name of this mount may change; it looks like how to acquire it is fairly settled based off tooltips, though!

Voidfire Deathcycle Earned from Horrific Visions in Patch 11.1.5
It appears that players will be able to earn a new purple Deathcycle from Horrific Visions in Patch 11.1.5! While we don't know which bosses or mobs the parts drop from, several new items tagged with the Voidfire Deathcycle label have been datamined from the 11.1.5 PTR.
