Most obviously, this model and icon is for the upcoming optional Demon Hunter Council fight in the Manaforge Omega raid, where the central boss Adarus Duskblaze uses void-themed abilities such as Devourer's Ire, Consume, Voidstep, Hungering Slash, and Encroaching Oblivion.
