Vault of the Incarnates Boss Tuning Hotfixes – More Raszageth Tuning

Over the last two days, more hotfixes have been applied to Vault of the Incarnates bosses which includes more Raszageth tuning, and other bosses as well!

 The dust from Infused Fallout explodes, inflicting 963712849 Nature damage to all players per application consumed in the explosion.
The blast causes the ground underneath the epicenter to become Reactive Bedrock.
