Blizzard has updated the Wrath Classic Patch Notes for the PTR, adding in new changes for Ulduar, which will still likely be a popular raid in the next phase of Wrath. Additionally, there are some adjustments to the new Titan Rune Dungeon difficulty for Defense Protocol Beta.
