Updated Dalaran/Garrison Hearthstone Particle Effect in The War Within

In the latest The War Within Beta build, the particle effects of the Dalaran Hearthstone and Garrison Hearthstone have been updated to a more modern look! The effect is similar to the Arcane casting effect used in the past, but brought up to more modern casting effect levels.

Unfortunately, the classic Hearthstone still has its very old particle effect, but maybe in a future build?
