Updated Dalaran/Garrison Hearthstone Particle Effect in The War Within
In the latest The War Within Beta build, the particle effects of the Dalaran Hearthstone and Garrison Hearthstone have been updated to a more modern look! The effect is similar to the Arcane casting effect used in the past, but brought up to more modern casting effect levels.
