Blizzard has announced upcoming Vault of the Incarnates tuning changes including large nerfs to Heroic and Mythic Raszageth.

Electric Lash damage reduced by 20% in Heroic difficulty.

Volatile Current damage reduced by 20% in Heroic difficulty.
