Upcoming Soulbind Tuning in Patch 9.1 – New Buffs and Nerfs to Soulbind Traits

In today's Patch 9.1 Patch Notes, Blizzard announced some new tuning for Soulbinds. Most of these notes appear to be last minute tuning changes, as they have not been applied to the 9.1 PTR just yet.

Unfortunately, most of these Soulbinds changes aren't on the 9.1 PTR just yet, so they're unable to be tested. If you're planning on swapping Covenants, you may want to take these last minute changes into account!
