Upcoming Patch 10.2 PTR Class Tuning – Healer Tuning and Shadow Priest Buffs

Blizzard has announced upcoming Patch 10.2 class tuning hotfixes to the PTR which includes healer tuning -- Disc Priest will be getting more nerfs!
