Upcoming Nerf to Tome of Unstable Power

Blizzard has announced that they are nerfing the Tome of Unstable Power on the Weekly reset.

This trinket was so powerful that non-intellect players such as Demon Hunters were using it in Mythic+ dungeons.

Tomorrow, during scheduled weekly maintenance, we’ll deploy this hotfix:
