Upcoming 10.2 PTR Class Tuning – Markmanship Hunter Tier Rework, Assassination Buff, Enhancement Nerfs
Blizzard has announced upcoming Patch 10.2 PTR class tuning including a rework to the Marks Hunter tier set bonus, a buff to Sin Rogue, a nerf to Enhancement Shaman and more!
The below hotfixes have been applied or will be applied to the Guardians of the Dream PTR as hotfixes over the course of this week and next week.CLASSES

Demon Hide bonus to magic damage reduced to 3% (was 4%).
Fel Barrage damage reduced by 6%.
