Although there is no current source for the Emerald Blossom Dreamstone, like Season 1 and Season 2 before it, we can presume that the upgrade will be awarded to players who complete either Dragonflight Keystone Hero: Season Three, Elite: Dragonflight Season 3, or defeat Fyrakk on Mythic difficulty.
