Undocumented Class Tuning Hotfixes on Live Servers – Balance Druid and Frost Mage

Some undocumented class tuning has been hotfixed onto live servers includes Balance Druid and Frost Mage changes.

This is in addition to today's announced class tuning.

Balance Druid

Here are the undocumented Balance Druid changes for today which should work out to a slight buff.

Starfall damage buffed by 13.9%.

Initial tick removed on Starfall.

Frost Mage

Here are the undocumented Frost Mage changes for today.
