During the Season of Blood Developer Livestream, the team confirmed that the endgame boss Uber Duriel would have a reasonable chance of dropping Uber Unique items. However, since these Uber Uniqes are so rare, and Duriel requires several materials to summon, the team stated that Uber Uniques dropped by Duriel would be guaranteed to be perfect rolls.
