Like previous weekly quests, Unity Against the Void allows players to choose which weekly activity to pursue, all of which award a Spark.
Unity should be available to all level 90 players, but some characters may not have received the World Tour quest if they didn't complete the campaign or find the somewhat obscure campaign skip by talking to Soridormi.
Simplified Sparks
Crafting was simplified in several ways for Midnight, not the least of which being that players no longer need to acquire and combine half-sparks each week. Instead, they drop as a fully formed spark, with the amount needed to craft endgame items doubled to maintain the same ratio: most crafts now require two sparks, while two-handed weapons require four.
Because Midnight: World Tour awards a spark independent of the weekly, players should be on track to obtain four by the time Season 1 begins.
Whether you intend to craft a cloak, bracers, or two-handed weapon though, it is highly recommend to save your sparks until Season 1 begins. Aside from the fact that higher-tier crests can't be obtained and many players haven't fully invested their crafting knowledge, there isn't a whole lot of content to min/max for during these two pre-season weeks anyway.
Fractured Sparks no longer need to be combined into whole Sparks before they can be used in crafting. Whole Sparks drop instead of Fractured Sparks and Spark costs have doubled.
