During the most recent Campfire Chat, Blizzard revealed that the Legendary loot drop chance from Treasure Goblins is being modfied! Starting on the release of Patch 1.1.1, August 8th, 2023, all treasure goblins after level 15 will have a 100% chance to drop at least one Legendary.
