Basic Process
When you go to your Currency tab, some currencies will have an icon showing they are transferrable. By clicking on that icon you will be able to select another character from your account to transfer the currency from.

Transfering Currencies Within Your Warband – Available Currencies, Transfer Rates
The Warband is one of the biggest features coming with The War Within, allowing players to better manage their alt armies. One of the additions it brings is the ability to transfer some currencies easily between alts without having to buy items and mail them.
