A new item has been deployed on live servers that allows for Primal Chaos to be transferred to alts! The Satchel of Coalescing Chaos is a BoA item that costs 80 Primal Chaos and grants 60 Primal Chaos when opened.
The Satchel of Coalescing Chaos can be purchased from Rabul, the Artisan's Consortium quartermaster in Valdrakken. Although the item is sold by a reputation quartermaster, the satchel has no reputation requirements for purchasing.
