Tormented Mythic+ Affix Lieutenant Tuning – New Abilities

In the latest 9.1 PTR build, the Tormented Seasonal affix lieutenants have gotten some buffs. One lieutenant had a full rework, one lieutenant had its aura buffed and each lieutenant has at least one new ability.

Incinerator Arkolath

Aura:

Soulforge Flames has been buffed by 33%.

Abilities:

Scorching Blast - A void zone that leaves a patch of fire on the floor.

Melt Soul - A dispellable magic debuff that increases fire damage taken

NEW Inferno - A large AoE that hits all players.
