Tome of Insight Trinket Proc Nerfed

A hotfix has been applied to Patch 9.1 which nerfs the very powerful Tome of Insight open world trinket from Korthia.

The amount of critical strike that you get from the trinket's proc has been reduced by around 42% on EU servers. In addition, the proc is no longer hasted. Thanks to Hinalover for messaging me about the proc rate change.

Spark of Insight - Your damaging and healing spells have a chance to increase your Critical Strike by 304176.
