Tier 1 Sets Receive Updated Stats – Season of Discovery Phase 4

Tier 1 sets in Season of Discovery have finally received itemization updates with the July 9th patch. Most endgame loot has received a stat overhaul leading into Phase 4, from dungeons to crafted gear.
