The first of the three, Stormwind Harbor will have a route to Auberdine. Meant to serve as a link for players to more easily get to each others' starting zones, this will help Night Elf players reach Stormwind much easier, and vice-versa for anyone looking to get to Darnassus!
The second new route is technically a three-way route: beginning in Menethil, the ship then arrives in Southshore, and finally ends in Auberdine. Finally, one of the new zones is also getting a route. The Riverglades will connect to Steamwheedle Port, allowing for a new pathway to the southern half of both continents.
The goal behind these routes is to keep the wonder of exploring the world that Classic is known for, while allowing for more ways to easily play with friends. Especially with the Riverglades, players will likely want to check out all the new secrets Forever has to offer, so it makes sense to get them into the zone instead of creating a hassle to get there.
