Theotar Party Favors Update – The Mad Duke’s Tea Now Lasts 4 Hours and Persists Through Death
With today's Patch 9.1 release candidate build, we have a handful of spell changes, including an update to Theotar's Party Favors. The buff granted by The Mad Duke's Tea has had its duration extended to four hours and now persists through death, making it far more appropriate for competitive content.
