World of Warcraft Midnight Patch 12.0.7 continues to take shape on the PTR, and I promise we are going to talk about that! There's new achievements and rewards (like void surfboards and mech suits... you LOVE void surfboards and mech suits!), but I'm afraid we also have to talk about the main WoW discourse of the week - the customer service nightmare that unfolded on Twitter and which convinced a huge amount of players that you can no longer speak freely in-game. It's a bit messy, so put on some rubber gloves.
