The War Within Hotfixes for August 28 – Leveling Scaling, Azj-Kahet Treasures, Brann Damage Reduction

Blizzard has posted hotfixes today for the War Within which includes the previously mentioned leveling scaling adjustments, Brann getting some additional damage reduction in delves, and the Azj-Kahet treasures no longer being on public respawn timers.
