Secret Phase confirmed!! As we reported earlier today, some hotfixes were pushed to various mechanics that might be part of a fourth Mythic-only phase of the Jailer encounter. This has indeed turned out to be the case for at least one of those mechanics, with Echo reaching 10% on the boss and finding the boss healing up in this clip:
