The Blood Moon Event Hotfix – Season of Discovery

Blizzard has pushed a hotfix for Season of Discovery, fixing an issue regarding the Blood Moon PvP event. This fix will make players who recently resurrected be worth nothing for other players for 1 minute. This will prevent players from camping at the graveyard and just constantly killing each other over and over.

Here are some answers.The new Bloodless buff you get after rezzing does not prevent you from gaining stacks.
